MI Bridges
MI Bridges is an online site where you can explore potential eligibility for benefits, apply for food assistance, apply for State Emergency Relief, view case information, or report changes to your case specialist. Visit the website here.
You do not need to be receiving benefits to use MI Bridges. MI Bridges can be used by anyone to explore nearby resources that may be able to help with food, work, housing, domestic violence, and more.

Community Connections
Community Connections is a FREE program providing support to navigate the many community resources for adults, children, and families. Services can be provided in person and over the phone and are delivered by a certified Community Health Worker, supported by a Registered Nurse and/or Social Worker.
